Gagan Baradia
Gagan Baradia, an alumnus of IIT-BHU leading his path with a bag full of motivation. He is an enthusiastic personality who is walking the way of innovation and creativity with a belief to make a positive development. He has been working in the field of education for 10 years in the corporate as well as education sectors. While he was busy gaining the experience, he found out education is not only about teaching, but it is about embracing lessons of one’s life skills to contribute their part to society. He believes that every individual holds a responsibility towards the society we are living in. And this was the beginning of his entrepreneurial journey with ROLBOL. He is an engineer by qualification and entrepreneur by passion. His interest is in education and has the nature of a community worker. He believes that technology has the power to solve many problems and make our lives easier. Apart from his work life, he is also a part of many social organizations such as JITO, BJS, I For Nation Foundation, etc. He is chasing his pursuit of happiness by building a strong foundation in the present generation. Mr. Baradia is a multiskilled personality, he has also been honoured for his excellence in education and leadership by various organizations, including the Chief Minister and Governor of Chhattisgarh. He is the first founding Vice President of ROLBOL club Raipur.
Viren Nagvanshi
Viren Nagvanshi. a young entrepreneur. Presently he is working to taking the ROLBOL reach across the globe and establish a renowned name. Viren is a graduate in Computer Science and has done a professional diploma in Social media marketing and digital media marketing. He has worked with emerging and renowned start-ups. He is also the co-founder of ROLBOL Community, taking it a step ahead. Viren believes in finding happiness in every moment. Every day he finds something which can make him active and keeps him motivated. He is a self-motivated personality who even makes his spare time productive. He loves to do something creative, watch movies, and explore things in his spare time. According to him, “the journey or the path you decide is something which matters. Just work hard and be an active spirit.” Every individual has a dream and only a few fulfil it. Viren is one of those few. He believes in living and celebrating every moment of his life. In his words, “you live only once, and life is tragically short, stand and celebrates! Celebrate each moment of your life and open the door for happiness.” This philosophy made him find the ROLBOL (Rest of Life- Best of Life). He joined with the founder to create a more positive atmosphere to spread more positivity, create opportunities and awareness in the society with a vision to take out the best from individuals. He is truly a creative spirit who has achieved a lot at this young age. He resembles an enthusiastic personality with a creative mind, flexible persona, and beholds the aura of techno-savvy. In his views, the best personality trait an individual must have which will help them throughout their life is proper communication. Proper communication is the key to people’s hearts. Viren passionately accepts all the challenges, and right now, he is ensuring that the ROLBOL Community touch the heights. He is the first founding treasurer of Raipur

रोलबोल की टीम को बहुत बहुत बधाई कि आपने युवाओ को जीवन में सफल होने के लिए एक नयी दिशा देने का प्रयास किया हैं। साथ ही आपकी टीम के युवाओ को मेरे द्वारा शपथ भी दिलाई गयी, जो कि शायद पहली बार ही हुआ होगा कि किसी राज्यपाल ने किसी निजी संस्था के सदस्यों को शपथ दिलाई हो। रोलबोल के कार्यक्रम में शामिल होते हुए मुझे अत्यंत प्रसन्नता हो रही है। संस्था की यह पहल बहुत अच्छी हैं, जिससे नयी सोच विकसित होगी, साथ ही ऐसे लोगो के विचार जानने को मिलेंगे जिन्होंने अपने जीवन में अपने आत्मविश्वास और सोच से अपना लक्ष्य पाया हैं, उनसे युवाओ को आगे बढ़ने की प्रेरणा मिलेगी। मेरी शुभकामनायें सदा आपके साथ हैं। ईश्वर आपका पथप्रदर्शित करे।
Blessing from Ms. Anusuiya Uikey Ji, Hon’ble Governor of Chhattisgarh. And this is how the foundation ceremony of ROLBOL Community went.
The ceremony includes the installation of first local organization of ROLBOL Community i.e., ROLBOL Club Raipur. The most fascinating thing about the ceremony was still the ‘Swear In’ ceremony for executive body and the members of ROLBOL Raipur Club done in front of the Governor.
She beautifully quoted, “भारत के इतिहास के शायद ऐसा पहली बार हुआ हैं कि किसी राज्यपाल ने किसी सामाजिक संस्था के सदस्यों को शपथ दिलाई हो।”. The audience were so privileged to listen the inspiring life journey of Hon’ble Governor Mam from her mouth.
